Dubai is set to redefine architectural boundaries with the introduction of the Muraba Veil, poised to become one of the world's slimmest residential towers. Developed by UAE-based Muraba in collaboration with the acclaimed Spanish firm RCR Arquitectes, this groundbreaking project will rise 380 meters (1,247 feet) tall while maintaining a width of just 22.5 meters (approximately 74 feet).
The Muraba Veil's design draws inspiration from traditional Arabian homes, featuring 131 luxury apartments ranging from two to five bedrooms. Each residence will span the full width of the building, incorporating central courtyards adorned with greenery to foster a serene living environment. The building's facade will be enveloped in a bespoke stainless steel mesh, reminiscent of Islamic Mashrabiya screens, allowing natural light and air to permeate while providing shade and privacy.
Beyond its striking appearance, the Muraba Veil will offer residents a suite of high-end amenities, including a subterranean spa, gourmet restaurant, art gallery, padel court, and private cinema. The tower's base will feature a dune-like structure housing a lush oasis, seamlessly blending natural elements with urban luxury.
Situated along the Dubai Water Canal near Sheikh Zayed Road, the Muraba Veil promises panoramic views and easy access to the city's vibrant lifestyle. With apartment prices starting at AED 18 million (approximately $4.9 million), the development represents a significant investment opportunity in Dubai's ever-evolving real estate landscape.
Construction of the Muraba Veil is slated for completion by December 2028, further cementing Dubai's reputation as a hub for innovative and luxurious architectural ventures.
